目的观察吻合口溃疡出血在内镜下治疗的疗效。方法选取2010年5月-2012年5月我科收治的73例吻合口溃疡出血患者为治疗组，消化性溃疡出血患76例为对照组，两组进行内镜下治疗和常规内科治疗，对两组的疗效和临床观察指标进行了分析比较。结果两组总有效率、输血量及住院时间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，其他临床观测指标无明显差异（P>0.05）。结论内镜下注射治疗结合抑酸药物可有效治疗吻合口溃疡疗。
목적관찰문합구궤양출혈재내경하치료적료효。방법선취2010년5월-2012년5월아과수치적73례문합구궤양출혈환자위치료조，소화성궤양출혈환76례위대조조，량조진행내경하치료화상규내과치료，대량조적료효화림상관찰지표진행료분석비교。결과량조총유효솔、수혈량급주원시간차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)，기타림상관측지표무명현차이（P>0.05）。결론내경하주사치료결합억산약물가유효치료문합구궤양료。
Objective: To observe the effect of stopping bleeding of stomal ulcer by endoscopy. Methods: The patients were collected in our department from May 2010 to May 2012, including 73 patients with bleeding of stomal ulcer as treatment group, and 76 patients with peptic ulcer as control group. The patients were treatmented by medicine and endoscopy erwe, the efficacy and clinical index of the two groups were compared. Results: There were a significant difference (P<0.05) in the effective rate, the amount of bleeding transfusion and the hospitalized time in the two groups, there was a significant difference(P<0.05), there were no significant difference on the other indices (P>0.05). Conclusion:Endoscopic treatment and antacids can effectively treat the stomal ulcer.
