目的比较新疆昌吉地区汉族与少数民族溃疡性结肠炎（Ulcerative Colitis）患者临床特点的差异，并进行分析。方法回顾性分析93例U C患者的临床资料，以民族分组，其中汉族组53例，少数民族组40例。结果1.两组患者的发病年龄存在差异（t=3.081,P<0.05），汉族组发病年龄偏大2.在不同居住地，两组患者所占比例不同(χ2=6.244,P<0.05),在农村居住的汉族患者比例低于少数民族，而在城市居住的汉族患者比例高于少数民族（χ2=9.655, P<0.005）3.少数民族组以慢性复发型为主要临床类型，高于汉族组（χ2=3.954,P<0.05）4.两组的治疗效果比较有差异（Z=-1.965,P<0.05），汉族组治疗效果较少数民族组好.

Objective Contrast the diference of cinical features of minority and Han patients with ulcerative colitis in Changji region. Methods Ninty-three patients with UC were retrospected, according to their nationality ,divided them into fifty-three Han and fourty minority nationality.Results 1.The age of two groups existed difference,the Han’s age was higher(t=3.081,P<0.05)2.Two group patients owed different ratio in different region(χ2=9.703,P<0.05),the ratio of Han patients lived in countryside was lower than minority patients(χ2=6.244,P<0.05),yet lived in city was higher (χ2=9.655, P<0.005)3.The two groups had distinction on chronic recurrent tye(χ2=3.954,P<0.05),Han group were less than minority group 4.It’s apparent that Han group’s therapeutic effect contrasted with minority group’s(Z=-1.965, P<0.05).
