目的观察阿加曲班治疗急性脑梗死患者的有效性和安全性。方法将98例轻中型急性脑梗死患者随机分为阿加曲班治疗组与对照组。对照组给予抗血小板、改善微循环、神经保护、他汀类药物调脂稳定斑块及支持对症治疗方案；治疗组在此基础上应用阿加曲班注射液。结果治疗组治疗后患者NIHSS评分较对照组明显下降(P<0.05)；治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组(91.6% vs 78.0%)。结论阿加曲班可作为急性脑梗死早期安全、有效的治疗药物。
목적관찰아가곡반치료급성뇌경사환자적유효성화안전성。방법장98례경중형급성뇌경사환자수궤분위아가곡반치료조여대조조。대조조급여항혈소판、개선미순배、신경보호、타정류약물조지은정반괴급지지대증치료방안；치료조재차기출상응용아가곡반주사액。결과치료조치료후환자NIHSS평분교대조조명현하강(P<0.05)；치료조림상료효명현우우대조조(91.6% vs 78.0%)。결론아가곡반가작위급성뇌경사조기안전、유효적치료약물。
Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of argatroban in treating acute cerebral infarction. Methods 98 patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided randomly into argatroban group and control group. The control group was given antiplatelet, improve microcirculation,cerebral nerve nutriceutical,statin treatment and other supporting treatment. Results Neurologic impairment of patients in treatment group was obviously improved compared with that of control group (P<0.05).The curative effect of the treatment group was obviously surpassed that of control group (91.6% vs 78.0%). Conclusion Argatroban is safe and effective for the early treatment of acute cerebral infarction.
