目的探讨老年真菌性食管炎的临床特点，总结其诊治经验。方法回顾性分析我科诊治的37例老年真菌性食管炎患者的临床资料。结果老年真菌性食管炎症状不典型以上消化道症状为主要表现和症状不明显者占48.65%。结论对症状不典型的老年患者应及早行胃镜检查，以免延误诊治。

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of the elderly fungal esophagitis, to summarize its diagnosis and treatment experience. Methods A retrospective analysis of our department for treatment of 37 cases of elderly fungal esophagitis in patients with clinical data. Results elderly fungal esophagitis symptoms are not typical gastrointestinal symptoms as the main performance and obvious symptoms accounted for 48.65%. Conclusions In elderly patients with atypical symptoms should be early gastroscopy, so as not to delay treatment.
