目的探讨腹腔镜下直肠癌根治术的体位摆放对于手术顺利进行，保证患者术中安全，及预防术后并发症的实际意义。方法对49例腹腔镜直肠癌手术患者采用头低臀高左侧单腿截石位的体位摆放。结果49例手术操作均顺畅，无一例受体位影响，手术顺利完成。术后随访无一例明显并发症，病人术中、术后安全。
