目的研究双腔气囊导尿管在宫腔粘连分离术后预防再次粘连的作用及疗效。方法 106例宫腔粘连术后的患者，随机分气囊尿管并戊酸雌二醇组（观察组）56例，宫内节育器组50例，术后一月随访并详细记录术后月经改善情况及妊娠情况，一月后宫腔镜下观察两组宫腔内粘连情况。结果 观察组共治疗56例，再粘连10例，再粘连率17.85%；对照组共治疗50例，再粘连18例，再粘连率36，观察组明显优于对照组，经统计学处理，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 宫腔粘连宫腔镜分离术后宫腔内放置双腔气囊导尿管配合戊酸雌二醇口服可有效预防再粘连，提高月经改善率。

목적연구쌍강기낭도뇨관재궁강점련분리술후예방재차점련적작용급료효。방법 106례궁강점련술후적환자，수궤분기낭뇨관병무산자이순조（관찰조）56례，궁내절육기조50례，술후일월수방병상세기록술후월경개선정황급임신정황，일월후궁강경하관찰량조궁강내점련정황。결과 관찰조공치료56례，재점련10례，재점련솔17.85%；대조조공치료50례，재점련18례，재점련솔36，관찰조명현우우대조조，경통계학처리，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론 궁강점련궁강경분리술후궁강내방치쌍강기낭도뇨관배합무산자이순구복가유효예방재점련，제고월경개선솔。
Objective: To investigate the effect of foley balloon catheter on prevention of secondary intrauterine adhesions after transcervical resection.Method:A randomized study was carried out in 106 patients who had been treated by transcervical resection of adhesions. These patients were divided into 2 groups. In observation group, 56 patients were placed foley balloon catheter as well as took Estradiol Valerate orally. In control group, 50 patients were placed intrauterine device. All patients were followed up for their menstruation improvement and gestation circs in one month after transcervical resection of adhesions. The uterine situation of 2 groups were observed by hysteroscopy in one month after transcervical resection of adhesions.Results:During 56 patients in observation group, intrauterine adhesions happened in 10 patients again. The secondary adhesion rate were 17.85%. Of 50 patients in control group, intrauterine adhesions happened in 18patients again, the secondary adhesion rate was 36%; The method used in observation group is superior to the control group apparently. The results showed that there were significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: Foley balloon catheter combine with Estradiol Valerate can effectively prevent intrauterine adhere again, and improve menstruation circs.
