目的观察研究雷莫司琼与地塞米松联合用药对预防妇科腹腔镜手术后恶心、呕吐（PONV）的预防作用。方法60例行妇科腹腔镜手术的患者，随机分为两组，A组(雷莫司琼组,n=30)和B组(雷莫司琼+地塞米松组,n=30)。A组在全麻诱导前静脉注射雷莫司琼0.3mg，B组在全麻诱导前静脉注射雷莫司琼0.3mg+地塞米松10mg。观察记录术后24 h内恶心、呕吐的发生率及严重程度。结果术后24小时内B组PONV发生率（23.3％）明显低于A组（53.3％），有明显的差别(P<0.05)。结论雷莫司琼与地塞米松联合用药在预防妇科腹腔镜手术后恶心呕吐方面效果更好。
목적관찰연구뢰막사경여지새미송연합용약대예방부과복강경수술후악심、구토（PONV）적예방작용。방법60례행부과복강경수술적환자，수궤분위량조，A조(뢰막사경조,n=30)화B조(뢰막사경+지새미송조,n=30)。A조재전마유도전정맥주사뢰막사경0.3mg，B조재전마유도전정맥주사뢰막사경0.3mg+지새미송10mg。관찰기록술후24 h내악심、구토적발생솔급엄중정도。결과술후24소시내B조PONV발생솔（23.3％）명현저우A조（53.3％），유명현적차별(P<0.05)。결론뢰막사경여지새미송연합용약재예방부과복강경수술후악심구토방면효과경호。
Objective To observe the preventive effect of ramosetron combined with dexamethasone ,on preventing postoperative nausea and vomiting (PONV)in patients undergoing Gynecology Laparoscopic surgery Methods: 60 patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic operation and receiving a standardized general anesthesia were divided into two groups randomly. Group A (ramosetron group n=30) and group B (ramosetron + dexamethasone group n=30). Patients in group A were received ramosetron 0.3 mg IV befor induction of anesthesia. Patients in group B were received ramosetron 0.3 mg and dexamethasone 10mg IV before induction of anesthesia. The incidence and severity of PONV were Observed and recorded for up to 24 hours postoperatively. Results: The incidence of PONV was significantly lower in groupB (23.3%) compared to groupA (53.3%) during the first 24 hours following surgery. There are significant differences (P < 0.05).Conclusions:Ramosetron combined with dexamethasone shows sign ificantly better effects than ramosetron alone for preventing PONV.
