目的探讨前列腺增生症（BPH）合并慢性前列腺炎（CP）的治疗方法和疗效。方法对我院收治的87例前列腺增生合并前列腺炎的患者行抗生素治疗、前列腺气化电切（TURP）、物理治疗及手术等综合性治疗效果进行分析。结果通过综合治疗方法的应用，多数患者临床症状得到有效的控制，仅15例通过手术治疗，且手术患者均一次手术成功。结论临床中绝大多数前列腺增生合并慢性前列腺炎患者通过药物、物理疗法及手术综合治疗能够使绝大多数患者临床症状得到控制，延缓病情发展，明显提高患者生活质量。

Objective To explore benign prostate hyperplasia (BPH) combined with chronic prostatitis (CP) treatment methods and curative effect. Methods the clinical data from 87 cases of prostatic hyperplasia were merger prostatitis patients of antibiotic therapy, the prostate gland gasification electric cutting (TURP), physical therapy and surgical comprehensive treatment effect were analyzed. Results Through the comprehensive treatment method of application, the majority of patients clinical symptoms effectively control, only 15 cases were treated surgically, and a successful operation. Conclusions The clinical most prostatic hyperplasia combined with chronic prostatitis patients through the medicine, physical therapy and surgical comprehensive treatment can make the vast majority of patients clinical symptoms are controlled, the slow the disease, patients can obviously improve the quality of life.
