目的识别、评价、控制某实木家具制造企业产生的职业病危害因素，保护劳动者的身体健康。方法采用职业卫生现场调查、检测、职业健康检查、实验室检测等方法收集数据和资料，结合职业病防护设施、个人职业防护水平对该企业职业病危害现状进行评价。结果该企业在生产过程中可能产生的职业病危害因素主要有苯、甲苯、二甲苯、乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯、苯乙烯、正己烷、木粉尘和噪声。结论该用人单位在防尘、防噪、职业健康监护、作业场所检测等方面存在不足，需要整改。

Objective To identify,evaluate and control the occupational hazards in a solid wood products factory,and protect the health of workers. Methods Occupational health field investigation,testing,occupational health examination, laboratory testing and other methods were adopted to collect data and information,combined with occupational protective equipment,personal and professional protection level for qualitative and quantitative evaluation of present situation of occupational hazards in this factory.Results The main occupational hazards that might arisen in the production process of the factory were benzene,toluene,xylene,ethyl acetate , butyl acetate , styrene, n-hexane, wood dust and noise. Conclusion The factory has deficiencies in dust elimination, noise canceling,occupational hazards informing,workplace monitoring,testing and evaluation,etc which need rectification.
