以葡萄籽为原料,以水为溶剂对葡萄籽进行多酚浸提,并以提取液为基础进行葡萄籽多酚口服液的研制。研制过程包括研究多酚提取的最佳工艺条件、葡萄籽多酚提取液稳定处理工艺、口感调配及灭菌处理工艺以及葡萄籽多酚口服液产品质量标准。研制出的葡萄籽多酚口服液产品呈莹亮的金黄色,澄清透明;酸甜适口,有葡萄籽特有的气味,微有酒糟味。总酸度为1.5 g/L(柠檬酸计),可溶性固形物含量7%,相对密度为1.0262(20℃,g/L),pH4.2,多酚含量1.1 g/L(没食子酸计)。

With grape seed as raw material, with water for solvent to get polyphenols extract, and developed the grape seed polyphenols oral liquid. The extraction technology of polyphenol from grape seeds was optimized , and several measures were taken to improve the stability and improving the taste of the solvents. In addition , the oral liquid qualitative standards were proposed. Grape seed polyphenols oral liquid product is golden yellow , clarify and transparent;Sweet and sour, grape seed peculiar smell, tiny have the vinasse taste. Total acidity 1.5 g/L (citric acid), soluble solids content 7%, relative density 1.026 2 (20℃, g/L), pH 4.2, polyphenol content 1.1 g/L (gallic acid).
