研究慈竹竹叶多糖的体外抗氧化作用。测定其对二苯代苦味酰自由基（DPPH）、超氧阴离子自由基（O2-·）和羟自由基（·OH）的清除能力，同时用硫代巴比妥酸法测定其对亚油酸过氧化的抑制作用。结果表明，慈竹竹叶多糖对该几种自由基均有不同程度清除作用，是一种值得开发的天然抗氧化剂。
연구자죽죽협다당적체외항양화작용。측정기대이분대고미선자유기（DPPH）、초양음리자자유기（O2-·）화간자유기（·OH）적청제능력，동시용류대파비타산법측정기대아유산과양화적억제작용。결과표명，자죽죽협다당대해궤충자유기균유불동정도청제작용，시일충치득개발적천연항양화제。
The aim of this study was to investigate the antioxidant effect in vitro of polysaccharide from Neosinocalamus affinis leaves. The scavenging capacities of polysaccharide on 1 ,1-diphenyl 2-picrylhydrazyl , superoxide anion radicals and hydroxyl free radicals were assayed. Meanwhile , the anti-olipid peroxidation activity on linoleum acid was studied by trio barbituric acid system. The experimental results indicated that polysaccharide from Neosinocalamus affinis leaves had different scavenging effects on these radical systems , it can be exploited as natural antioxidant.
