目的讨论早发胃癌与15个STR(短串联重复序列)位点的关联。方法胃癌组为住院患者共10例，男5例，女5例；STR对照组是100位无关健康个体，男女各50例。STR采用PCR和五色荧光自动检测技术进行检测，STR包括D8S1179、D21S11、D7S820、CSF1PO、D3S1358、D5S818、D13S317、D16S539、D2S1338、D19S433、VWA、D12S391、D18S51、D6S1043、FGA。结果 STR中CSF1PO-10.2、V W A-17、D6S1043-17位点的频数分别为0.100、0.450、0.150，对照组频数分别为0.000、0.200、0.030，这三项存在显著性差异（P<0.05）；其他位点没有显著性差异（P>0.05）。结论 STR中CSF1PO-10.2、VWA-17、D6S1043-17位点的频率高于对照组，其附近可能有早发胃癌的易感基因。

Objective Discuss early attack patient with gastric cancer and its association with 15 STR Loci. Methods The early gastric cancer patients consisted of 10 hospitalized cancer patients including 5 males and 5 females . STR loci were tested by means of PCR and five-color fluorescent automatic detection, which included D8S1179, D21S11, D7S820, CSF1PO, D3S1358, D5S818, D13S317, D16S539, D2S1338, D19S433, VWA, D12S391, D18S51, D6S1043, FGA. Results The loci frequencies of STRs CSF1PO-10.2, VWA-17, D6S1043-17 were 0.100,0.450 and 0.150 respectively and those in the control group were 0.000, 0.200, 0.030 respectively.There was significant difference (P<0.05) in these three items and no significant difference in the other items(P >0.05). Conclusion The loci frequencies of STRs CSF1PO-10.2,VWA-17, D6S1043-17 are higher than those in the control group, so there might be sensitive genes nearby to early gastric cancer.
