目的探讨左西孟旦对高血压患者心率变异性（H RV ）的影响。方法选取本院治疗的57例高血压患者作为研究对象，所有患者均给予左西孟旦静脉滴注，患者治疗前2周及治疗6周后接受 Holter记录，分析治疗前后患者HRV变化情况。结果治疗后患者正常R-R间期标准差（SDNN）、相邻R-R间期标准差（RMSSD）以及相邻R-R间期大于50 ms的百分比（PNN50）均明显高于治疗前，与治疗前相比差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；高频（HF）较治疗前显著上升（P＜0．05），而LF/HF较治疗前明显下降（P＜0．05）。结论左西孟旦能有效地改善高血压患者HRV ，临床上治疗高血压可以使患者更多的收益。
목적탐토좌서맹단대고혈압환자심솔변이성（H RV ）적영향。방법선취본원치료적57례고혈압환자작위연구대상，소유환자균급여좌서맹단정맥적주，환자치료전2주급치료6주후접수 Holter기록，분석치료전후환자HRV변화정황。결과치료후환자정상R-R간기표준차（SDNN）、상린R-R간기표준차（RMSSD）이급상린R-R간기대우50 ms적백분비（PNN50）균명현고우치료전，여치료전상비차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）；고빈（HF）교치료전현저상승（P＜0．05），이LF/HF교치료전명현하강（P＜0．05）。결론좌서맹단능유효지개선고혈압환자HRV ，림상상치료고혈압가이사환자경다적수익。
Objective To investigate the effects of levosimendan on heart rate variability (HRV) in patients with hypertension .Methods 57 hypertension patients were enrolled and treated with intravenous infusion of levosi-mendan .Holter recordings was performed and changes of HRV ,2 weeks before and 6 weeks after treatment ,were analyzed .Results After treatment ,standard deviation of normal R-R intervals (SDNN) ,root mean squared succes-sive difference (Rmssd) and percent of NN50 in the total number R-R intervals (PNN50) were significantly higher than before treatment (t=2 .020 ,4 .800 ,2 .755 ,P<0 .05) .High-frequency (HF) increased significantly after treat-ment (t=4 .074 ,P<0 .05) and low-frequency(LF)/HF ratio decreased significantly (t=4 .267 ,P<0 .05) .Conclu-sion Levosimendan could effectively improve HRV in patients with hypertension and could be used for the treatment of hypertension ..
