目的探讨应用各种热牙胶注射系统行根管充填法的护理体会。方法临床收集根管治疗患者300例，男140例，女160例，年龄18～75岁，结合X线定位仪，X－S马达仪、Protaper镍钛锉，使用各种热牙胶注射系统的机器行根管充填。结果护士熟练掌握各种热牙胶注射系统的性能，娴熟的专业技能，默契的配合，时刻保持医师视野的清晰，准确、快速、平稳地传递各种器械而协助医生完成根管充填。结论发挥护士的主动性，高效的四手操作配合，可缩短充填时间，提高根管充填的成功率。

Objective To Explore the application of warm gutta injection system root canal filling method of nursing experience.
