目的确诊病例,查明感染来源,以采取相应措施控制疫情。方法对该病例进行现场流行病学调查,收集相关信息,对患者、密切接触者及周围放牧人群采用试管凝聚试验进行血清学检测,对该村全部羊群采血进行琥红平板试验初筛,阳性者再进行试管凝集试验检测。结果患者经云南省第一人民医院细菌培养为“布鲁氏菌”,确诊为布鲁氏病,患者及其家属共9人全部采血进行试管凝集试验,阳性2份,阳性率22.22%。薛官堡村规模养羊户124人采血进行试管凝集试验,结果均显示阴性。共检疫羊751只,阳性64只,阳性率8.52%,其中患者家阳性畜8只,阳性率26.47%(8/34)。结论经病原学和血清学证实为布鲁氏病病例,感染途径是患者接触自家受感染的羊而导致感染,建议加强蓄间疫情监测,加大宣传力度,普及布病防治知识。

Objective: to confirm the case, to identify the sources of infection, and to take corresponding measures to control the epidemic. Method: Epidemiological investigation were carried out on the scene of the case, relevant information were collected , serological were detected by tube agglutination test to the sufferer, close contacts and surrounding herdsman, blood of all the flocks were collected to proceed the amber red plate test and preparation by screening, the positive need to do agglutination test. Results: After the bacterial culture by the first people hospital , the bacteria was diagnosed as brucellosis. The suffer and her 8 family members all were blooded and proceeded the agglutination test. The result showed that 2 people were positive, positive rate is 22.22 percent. 124 herdsman of Xue jiabao village were blooded to do the agglutination test, all are negative. All 751 goats were detected, 64 were positive and positive rate is 8.52 percent, of which 8 positive goats belong to the suffer. Conclusion: This case was confirmed as brucellosis by aetiological and serological methods. The route of infection is in contact with the infected goats. As a result, proposed to strengthen the epidemic survey among the family livestock, enhance propaganda, and popularize the knowledge of prevention and control of brucellosis.
