以愈创木酚培养基为底物,利用平板筛选法从土壤朽木中筛选能够产漆酶的菌株,通过测定漆酶活力进行复筛,筛选出一株产漆酶活力较高的白腐菌菌株。以漆酶活性为参考指标,确定葵花粉发酵产漆酶条件:发酵培养基中硫酸铵0.025%,初始pH值5.5,接种量8%,装液量50mL,愈创木酚0.10%,培养时间7d。
以愈創木酚培養基為底物,利用平闆篩選法從土壤朽木中篩選能夠產漆酶的菌株,通過測定漆酶活力進行複篩,篩選齣一株產漆酶活力較高的白腐菌菌株。以漆酶活性為參攷指標,確定葵花粉髮酵產漆酶條件:髮酵培養基中硫痠銨0.025%,初始pH值5.5,接種量8%,裝液量50mL,愈創木酚0.10%,培養時間7d。

To guaiacol as the substrate ,a laccase-producing strain was screened by medium flats and rescreened by measuring the laccase activity from soil and rotten wood samples .A high yield white-rot fungus for laccase produc-tion was screened .As a reference index to determining the laccase activity , a better culturing condition was ob-tained.The results were ammonium sulfate 0.025%,culture initial pH5.5,inoculum 8%,250 mL flask with 50mL medium,guaiacol 0.10%and the culture time 7d.
