目的：探讨精神分裂症患者辖区内规范管理方法和效果。方法选取本院76例精神分裂症患者，对选取患者进行辖区内规范化管理，建立专业管理治疗队伍实施家庭访视、药物干预治疗、社区教育，观察患者管理效果。结果管理后患者病情稳定67例，基本稳定8例，不稳定1例。管理后患者症状明显好于管理前（P＜0.05）。结论对精神分裂症患者进行辖区内规范管理可以有效提高患者治疗效果，降低患者肇事肇祸现象，降低患者复发率。

목적：탐토정신분렬증환자할구내규범관리방법화효과。방법선취본원76례정신분렬증환자，대선취환자진행할구내규범화관리，건립전업관리치료대오실시가정방시、약물간예치료、사구교육，관찰환자관리효과。결과관리후환자병정은정67례，기본은정8례，불은정1례。관리후환자증상명현호우관리전（P＜0.05）。결론대정신분렬증환자진행할구내규범관리가이유효제고환자치료효과，강저환자조사조화현상，강저환자복발솔。
Objective To discuss the method and effect of standardized management of schizophrenia patients within the jurisdiction. Methods 76 cases schizophrenia patients who treated in this hospital were selected, took standardized management on the patients in the area, established professional management team to implement family visit, drug intervention, community education, then observed the effect of management of patients. Results 67 cases patients's disease became stable after management, 8 patients remained stable, 1 cases of unstable, The symptoms after management were significantly better than before(P<0.05). Conclusion Take standardized management in the area on the schizophrenic patients can effectively improve the curative effect of patients, reduce the accident phenomenon, reduce the recurrence rate.
