目的：探讨小切口治疗胫骨平台骨折自体股骨髁部植骨术的术中配合及术前术后访视。方法回顾性分析小切口治疗胫骨平台骨折自体股骨髁部植骨术的手术方法以及术前术后护理。结果32例患者均得到复位，手术时间平均约1h；术后随访时间为5～12个月，平均8.5个月；32例患者均无伤口和关节腔感染，亦无皮肤坏死等并发症，X线片检查均显示骨头愈合良好且无再次塌陷。术后Lysholm膝关节评分及关节活动度（ROM）检查，优13例，良16例，可3例，优良率为90.6%。随访5～12个月，骨折全部骨性愈合。结论小切口治疗胫骨平台骨折自体股骨髁部植骨术对于胫骨平台骨折具有很好的疗效，值得临床上推广和应用。
목적：탐토소절구치료경골평태골절자체고골과부식골술적술중배합급술전술후방시。방법회고성분석소절구치료경골평태골절자체고골과부식골술적수술방법이급술전술후호리。결과32례환자균득도복위，수술시간평균약1h；술후수방시간위5～12개월，평균8.5개월；32례환자균무상구화관절강감염，역무피부배사등병발증，X선편검사균현시골두유합량호차무재차탑함。술후Lysholm슬관절평분급관절활동도（ROM）검사，우13례，량16례，가3례，우량솔위90.6%。수방5～12개월，골절전부골성유합。결론소절구치료경골평태골절자체고골과부식골술대우경골평태골절구유흔호적료효，치득림상상추엄화응용。
Objective To explore the intraoperative cooperation and preoperative and postoperative visits of small incision autologous bone graft in femoral condyles in the treatment of tibial plateau fractures. Methods The operation method and preoperative and postoperative nursing of small incision autologous bone graft in femoral condyles in the treatment of tibial plateau fractures were retrospectively analyzed. Results All the 32 patients received fracture reduction, with an average operation time of about 1 hour; Postoperative follow-up time was about 5-12 months, with an average of 8.5 months; No wound or articular cavity infection, or complications such as skin necrosis occurred among these 32 patients. X-ray examination showed good bone healing and no recollapses. Postoperative Lysholm knee score and range of motion (ROM) check showed that 13 cases were excellent, 16 cases good and 3 cases fair, with the excellent and good rate of 90.6%. In the 5-12 months of follow-up time, all fractures achieved bony union. Conclusion Small incision autologous bone graft in femoral condyles is very effective for tibial plateau fractures and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
