目的：探讨胃康舒宁方联合西药治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法将2010年4月～2012年5月在我院就诊的102例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者根据治疗方法不同分为治疗组和对照组各51例，对照组采用阿莫西林+埃索美拉唑镁肠溶片+三钾二橼络合铋治疗；治疗组在对照组的基础上加用胃康舒宁方。对比患者疗效情况。结果治疗组总有效率为96.1%。对照组总有效率为74.5%，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。不良反应情况包括消化道症状、头晕、失眠、皮疹和荨麻疹等，治疗组与对照组相比不良反应较少。结论胃康舒宁方联合西药治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床效果显著，值得临床推广使用。
목적：탐토위강서저방연합서약치료만성위축성위염적림상료효。방법장2010년4월～2012년5월재아원취진적102례만성위축성위염환자근거치료방법불동분위치료조화대조조각51례，대조조채용아막서림+애색미랍서미장용편+삼갑이연락합필치료；치료조재대조조적기출상가용위강서저방。대비환자료효정황。결과치료조총유효솔위96.1%。대조조총유효솔위74.5%，차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。불량반응정황포괄소화도증상、두훈、실면、피진화담마진등，치료조여대조조상비불량반응교소。결론위강서저방연합서약치료만성위축성위염적림상효과현저，치득림상추엄사용。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of gastric acbel ning recipe combined with western medicine in treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods 102 cases of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis from April 2010 to May 2012 in our hospital were divided into treatment group 51 cases and control group 51 cases randomly. The control group was given amoxicillin, esomeprazole magnesium enteric-coated tablets and complex bismuth;the treatment group was treated with gastric acbel ning on the basis of control group.The curative effect of both group of patients were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 96.1%. and total effective rate of control group was 74.5%, the difference has statistical significance(P < 0.05). Adverse reaction conditions have included digestive tract symptoms, dizziness, insomnia, skin rash, urticaria, and treatment group with less adverse reaction compared with the control group. Conclusion The clinical effect of gastric acbel ning decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis is significant, worthy of clinical use.
