在新型城镇化背景下，中小城市成为发展的重点和主导方向。作为新型城镇化进程的最终实施主体，新生代农民工市民化的主动性和积极性将决定新型城镇化的质量和速度。借鉴已有劳动力居留意愿相关研究成果，结合中小城市和新生代农民工特性，以在五个中小城市对新生代农民工长期居留意愿及影响因素进行的问卷调查得到的抽样数据为分析基础，研究新生代农民工中小城市长期居留意愿及其影响因素。分析结果表明；住房因素对新生代农民工长期居留意愿的影响最大，工作和生活状态，以及城市宏观因素影响显著，人口学因素和社会心理因素则起到了一定影响。

In the context of new pattern urbanization,medium and small -sized cities become the developing emphasis and the domi-nant direction.As the principal part of the final implementation in the new pattern urbanization,the initiative and positivityof the new generation migrant workers will determine the quality and speed of the new pattern urbanization.Absorbing the ex-isting related research results on labor residing preference,combining with the characteristics of medium and small -sizedcities and new generation of migrant workers,this paper intend to,based on the the sampling data of questionnaire about theresiding preference and the influencing factors in five medium and small -sized cities of the new generation of migrant work-ers,through the single factor chi -square and binary logistic regression analysis,this thesis study the long term residingpreference and the influencing factors of the new generation of migrant workers.
