以2-氯-4-三氟甲基吡啶为原料,两步加氢方法合成4-三氟甲基哌啶。研究了碱在加氢反应过程中的作用及其用量对加氢反应杂质的影响。对反应所用溶剂进行了筛选。当采用异丙醇为溶剂时,最终产品含量达到99.8%,产品收率>80%。

4-(Trifluoromethyl)piperidine hydrochloride was prepared from 2-chloro-4- ( trifluoromethyl)pyridine by two-step hydrogenation method. The function of soda in the hydrogenation reaction was studied as well as effect of soda dosage on the product composition. Solvents in the reaction were screened. The purity of fin al product reached 99.8% and yield was more than 80% when isopropanol was used as solvent.
