在使用MC34063芯片的DC-DC开关电源电路中,根据MC34063规格说明书设计的外围器件往往出现理论计算与实际偏差较大的问题,导致电源工作不稳定。本文采用过渡过程分析的方法对MC34063的开关电源外围电路的几个关键器件参数进行设计计算,并制作电路对其进行验证测试。结果表明,采用此方法设计的电路工作稳定可靠。

In DC-to-DC switching power supply circuit which uses MC34063, there is a large deviation between theoretical calculation and actual value in the design of peripheral devices of MC34063, which may cause the power work unstably. In this paper, a new parameter calculation method called transition process is introduced, which can calculate the key parameters accurately, and the circuit was made and tested, the result showed the circuit which designed by this method can work stably and reliably.
