铁矿尾矿回填（或充填）技术是在矿石中的有用成分被提取出去后，将尾矿制备成填充料并将其输送到井下采空区，形成具有一定强度的充填体以支撑围岩或堆存尾矿废料。在尾矿回填系统中，搅拌器装置作为主要设备之一，将尾矿、水泥、水进行充分混合之后，使矿浆达到可流动状态，通过泵体输送至矿井中。在尾矿、水泥、水等三种介质搅拌过程中，矿石沉降速度快，对搅拌器的要求很高，因此需采用轴流式搅拌桨进行搅拌。CBY搅拌桨为轴流式搅拌桨，可实现尾矿、水泥的充分混合，达到填充的要求。

The iron ore tailings backfill (or packing) is a new technique that ,after the usefull component in the iron ore is extracted, the tailings is prepared fil ing agent and transported to the underground mined-out area, to form a kind of filling body with a certain strength to support the surrounding rock or stockpiling of tailings waste. In the tailings backfilling system, Agitator device as one of the main equipment, the tailings, cement, water is fully mixed, so that the pulp to the flow state, through the pump body is transported to the mine. During the process of mixing medium tailings, cement, water, the deposition speed of ore is fast which need good agitator effect.It must use the axial-flow impeller. CBY impeller is a kind of axial impellers, and it can achieve tailings and cement in a fully mixed to fulfil packing requirements.
