Objective To discuss common causes and prevention of clinical transfusion reaction. Methods al cases of blood transfusion in December 1, 2012 and the adverse reaction report statistical classification of this hospital in December 1, 2010, analysis of the causes of the occurrence of various adverse reactions, according to our situation, puts forward the prevention measures.
