目的：分析糖尿病患者腰椎管狭窄症行手术治疗的围手术期特点，探讨完善的护理措施。方法：对2011年1月～2012年10月行手术的37例糖尿病患者在围手术期采取心理指导、饮食宣教、血糖监测等护理措施。结果：通过施行充分全面的护理措施，患者手术后切口均I期愈合，无1例发生切口感染等并发症，均痊愈出院。结论：对于高龄糖尿病患者，在围手术期应积极进行心理干预、饮食调节、控制围手术期血糖以及专科护理指导等，对保证手术疗效具有重要意义。
목적：분석당뇨병환자요추관협착증행수술치료적위수술기특점，탐토완선적호리조시。방법：대2011년1월～2012년10월행수술적37례당뇨병환자재위수술기채취심리지도、음식선교、혈당감측등호리조시。결과：통과시행충분전면적호리조시，환자수술후절구균I기유합，무1례발생절구감염등병발증，균전유출원。결론：대우고령당뇨병환자，재위수술기응적겁진행심리간예、음식조절、공제위수술기혈당이급전과호리지도등，대보증수술료효구유중요의의。
Objective:To analyze of surgically perioperative characteristics of diabetic patients with lumbar spinal stenosis, explore comprehensive care measures. Methods:From January 2011 to October 2012, 37 surgical patients with diabetes were given psychological guidance, diet missionary, blood glucose monitoring and other care measures in the perioperative period. Results: Through the implementation of a fully comprehensive care measures in patients with post-operative incisions were stage I healing, no cases of wound infection and other complications were cured. Conclusion:For elderly patients with diabetes, in the perioperative period should actively psychological intervention, dietary regulation, control of perioperative blood glucose, as well as specialist care guidance, to ensure surgical treatment has an important significance.
