目的：探讨中西医结合治疗踝关节骨折的临床疗效。方法：100例患者分为对照组40例和观察组60例，两组患者早期均实施手术治疗。术后对照组常规采取西医治疗，观察组在对照组基础上增加了中药熏洗、推拿及按摩等中医治疗。观察两组治疗总有效率。结果：观察组总有效率（96.7%）明显高于对照组（80.0%），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：中西医结合治疗踝关节骨折疗效确切，骨折对位好，关节功能恢复良好，有利于提高患者生活质量。
목적：탐토중서의결합치료과관절골절적림상료효。방법：100례환자분위대조조40례화관찰조60례，량조환자조기균실시수술치료。술후대조조상규채취서의치료，관찰조재대조조기출상증가료중약훈세、추나급안마등중의치료。관찰량조치료총유효솔。결과：관찰조총유효솔（96.7%）명현고우대조조（80.0%），차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론：중서의결합치료과관절골절료효학절，골절대위호，관절공능회복량호，유리우제고환자생활질량。
Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of the integrative medicine on treating ankle fracture. Methods:100 cases were divided into the control group (40 cases) and the observation group (60 cases). The two groups were both treated with operation treatment. After operation, the control group accepted modern medicine treatment and the observation group added up with herbal fumigation and massage TCM treatment, etc. To observe the total efficiency of the two groups. Results:The observation group was 96.7%and the control group was 80.0%. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:Treating ankle fracture in the integrative medicine has exact effect and help to improve the quality of life of patients.
