目的：探讨北京芸众本草中医药研究院协定处方三，在外生殖器、肛周等处疱疹治疗中的临床应用。治疗方法：在治疗室常规操作。结果：经过1次常规治疗，疱疹局部表面形成薄膜，2h后疱疹疼痛、瘙痒停止；2次常规治疗疱疹周围皮肤红肿消失；3～6次常规治疗疱疹开始由萎缩、疱疹创面结痂、疱疹创面结痂后脱落，皮肤不留瘢痕。治愈2个月后随访，复诊无复发疱疹；创面结痂脱落后，皮肤不留瘢痕（详见各阶段治疗后照片）。结论：经临床实验研究，推测北京芸众本草中医药研究院协定处方三，有快速调节皮肤组织内免疫反应的作用；在非特异性和特异性免疫反应、炎症创伤修复中具有核心作用；有类似肾上腺皮质激素类功能；有消除疱疹、止痒、促进快速结痂、促进皮肤损伤后快速修复等功能。
