目的观察中西医结合治疗急性虹膜睫状体炎疗效。方法48例随机分为两组，治疗组采取中西医结合治疗，对照组为常规西医治疗，2个疗程治疗。结果治疗组总有效率91.67%、对照组总有效率58.33%，两组比较差异有显著性意义（P<0.05）。结论中西药结合治疗疗效好，副作用小，临床值得推广。
목적관찰중서의결합치료급성홍막첩상체염료효。방법48례수궤분위량조，치료조채취중서의결합치료，대조조위상규서의치료，2개료정치료。결과치료조총유효솔91.67%、대조조총유효솔58.33%，량조비교차이유현저성의의（P<0.05）。결론중서약결합치료료효호，부작용소，림상치득추엄。
Objective: To observe the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of acute iridocyclitis curative effect. Methods: 48 cases were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group take combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment, compared with conventional treatment of western medicine, treatment 2 treatment. Results: treatment group total effectiveness 91.67%, the comparison group total effectiveness 58.33%,between the two groups (P < 0.05), there is significant difference. Conclusion: with combined therapy of traditional Chinese and western pharmaceutical has good curative effect, side effect is small, the clinical is worthy to be popularized.
