通过田间栽培试验对48个苦瓜品种或材料的生育周期、形态特征以及抗病性进行了调查比较，同时在人工控制条件下对单株进行自交授粉，以便获得农艺性状较为一致、基因型较为单纯的自交系，为苦瓜杂交育种选择杂交组合提供参考依据以及获得纯净的自交系作为杂交亲本。试验结果表明，本次试验的48个苦瓜材料中4个材料出现明显的性状分离，大多数未发现；发现2株强雌性植株；初步筛选出早熟、高产、不易感病的材料3选、17-1。

In the paper, we investigated the growth period, characteristics and disease resistance of 48 bitter gourd cultivars in fields. In order to provide references for selecting the cross combinations of hybrid breeding of bitter gourd and obtain pure inbred lines as cross parents, we carried out the artificial pollination test for each bitter gourd material to get inbred lines with consistent agronomic characters and simple genotypes. The results showed that, character segregation occurred only in four materials, and we obtained two plants with strong-female character from the 48 materials, in addition, we screened out two early-maturing, high-yield and disease-resistant cultivars 3-Xuan and 17-1.
