目的观察在人工流产术前不同时间吸入笑气产生的镇痛效果。方法在门诊接受人工流产术，要求笑气吸入镇痛的患者，随机分为两组，由护士安排笑气吸入，A组120例，在术前2分钟开始使用笑气吸入； B组115例，手术开始时即行笑气吸入，观察AB两组的镇痛效果。结果 A组镇痛有效率达91.7%，而B组镇痛有效率达66.9%，两组比较差异有显著性（P<0.05），A组明显优于B组。结论人工流产术前2分钟开始笑气吸入，镇痛效果更理想。
목적관찰재인공유산술전불동시간흡입소기산생적진통효과。방법재문진접수인공유산술，요구소기흡입진통적환자，수궤분위량조，유호사안배소기흡입，A조120례，재술전2분종개시사용소기흡입； B조115례，수술개시시즉행소기흡입，관찰AB량조적진통효과。결과 A조진통유효솔체91.7%，이B조진통유효솔체66.9%，량조비교차이유현저성（P<0.05），A조명현우우B조。결론인공유산술전2분종개시소기흡입，진통효과경이상。
Objective To observe before artificial abortion analgesia effects of nitrous oxide inhalation of different time generated. Methods Accepted artificial abortion in the outpatient clinic, patients with inhalation of nitrous oxide analgesia requirements, were randomly divided into two groups, by the nurse of nitrous oxide inhalation, A group of 120 cases, in 2 minutes prior to the start of the use of nitrous oxide inhalation; 115 cases in group B, operation began to be observed the analgesic effect of nitrous oxide inhalation, group AB two. Results in group A, analgesia, effective rate was 91.7%, while the B analgesia group the effective rate was 66.9%, there was significant difference between the two groups ( P<0.05 ), A group was higher than that of group B. Conclusion artificial abortion 2 minutes prior to the start of nitrous oxide inhalation, analgesic effect is more ideal.
