目的了解高学历精神分裂症患者在治疗过程中的心理感受，以期为高学历的精神分裂症患者提供个性化的心理辅导。方法 采取深度访谈法访谈7例大学本科以上精神分裂症患者，将获得的资料进行分析、整理和归纳出主题。结果 共形成6个分类主题，得到了高学历精神分裂症患者发病及治疗过程中各种不同感受、需求和建议。结论 高学历精神分裂症患者在发病及治疗过程中有共同的心理感受，需要医护人员给予重视。

Purpose: In order to studying the psychological experiences of high educated patients with schizophrenia during the treatment and improving the individual psychological counseling. Method: 7 Bachelor's degree or above patients with schizophrenia had been taken an extensive visit respectively, and all the documents was collated, classified and analyzed. Result: it has formed 6 types of subjects from the documents, received a series of different feelings, requirements and suggestions from the pathogenesis and treatment process. Conclusion: There are common psychological feelings of high educated patients with schizophrenia during the Treatment, so medical worker should understand this truth sufficiently and care the patients well.
