为改善爆破效果,减小飞石距离,降低大块率,使爆堆更加集中,江油红狮水泥有限公司在理论计算的基础上,进行了多次现场爆破试验。试验结果表明,在合理的爆破参数下,V 型逐孔起爆技术与后倾式逐孔起爆技术相比,在爆破效果、爆破安全和经济效果方面有较明显的改善。该矿山最佳的起爆网路为 V型逐孔起爆,孔间延期时间为25 ms(控制孔为17 ms),排间延期时间为65 ms。

In order to improve blasting effects,decrease the distance of the fly-rock,reduce the boulder yield and make the muck pile more concentrated,Jiangyou Hongshi cement Co,Ltd has carried out a site of field blasting test based on the theoretical calculations.The result shows under the reasonable blasting parameters V-type hole-by-hole delay initiation technology is better than backward-type hole-by-hole delay initiation technology on blasting effects, blasting safety and economic effects.The best initiation technology of this mine is V-type hole-by-hole delay initiation technology,and the delay between holes is 25 ms,the delay of control hole is 17 ms and the delay between rows is 65 ms.
