目的比较Graves病合并白细胞减少患者131I治疗与ATD治疗白细胞减少的疗效。方法对66例Graves病合并白细胞减少患者用131I治疗或ATD治疗，在治疗前、后不同时期白细胞水平的差异进行比较。结果30例Graves病合并白细胞减少患者选择用ATD治疗，仅13例1年后白细胞水平恢复正常，17例白细胞水平进一步下降后改为131I治疗。36例Graves病合并白细胞减少患者用131I治疗，3个月以后白细胞水平明显升高，与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论对Graves病合并白细胞减少患者，131I治疗比ATD治疗效疗好、快捷、安全、经济。

Objective Compare 131 I treatment for patients with Graves disease combined leukopenia ATD treatment the curative effect of leucopenia.Methods 66 patients with Graves disease combined leukopenia treated with 131 I therapy or ATD, before treatment and after comparing differences in the levels of white blood cells in different periods.Results Choose 30 patients with Graves disease combined leukopenia treatment with ATD, only 13 cases after 1 years leucocyte level back to normal.17 cases leucocyte levels decline further, instead of 131 I treatment.36 patients with Graves disease combined leukopenia treated with 131 I, three months after an elevated level obviously, compared with before treatment was statistically significant difference (P < 0.01).Conclusions In patients with Graves disease combined leukopenia, 131 I therapy than ATD cure curative effect good, fast, safe and economic.
