目的分析老年瘙痒性皮肤病的发病因素、相关疾病及治疗情况，从而从根本治疗瘙痒，提高其生活质量及瘙痒的治愈率。方法 对100例老年瘙痒性皮肤病患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 100例患者中伴有心血管系统疾病者19例，伴有血脂异常者27例，血糖异常者11例，合并肝胆疾病18例，合并恶性肿瘤者2例，合并脑部疾病者3例，合并肾炎或肾功能异常者4例。本组病例瘙痒临床治愈82例，治愈率为82%。

목적분석노년소양성피부병적발병인소、상관질병급치료정황，종이종근본치료소양，제고기생활질량급소양적치유솔。방법 대100례노년소양성피부병환자적림상자료진행회고성분석。결과 100례환자중반유심혈관계통질병자19례，반유혈지이상자27례，혈당이상자11례，합병간담질병18례，합병악성종류자2례，합병뇌부질병자3례，합병신염혹신공능이상자4례。본조병례소양림상치유82례，치유솔위82%。
Objective: To analyze the related factors of senile diseases, skin pruritic disease and treatment, so as to fundamentally improve the cure rate of the treatment of pruritus, quality of life and itching.Methods: A retrospective analysis was made on the clinical data of 100 cases of senile patients with skin pruritic disease.Results: 19 cases of 100 cases with cardiovascular system disease patients , 27 cases with abnormal lipid, 11 cases of glucose abnormalities , 18 cases of hepatobiliary disease, 2 cases with malignant tumor , 3 patients with brain diseases, 4 cases with abnormal nephritis or renal function .In the group of patients with pruritus clinical cure in 82 cases, the cure rate was 82%.
