目的通过调查研究,了解顺德区公共场所集中空调通风系统微生物污染状况,为制定顺德区公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生管理提供依据。方法从2009年~2012年在顺德区随机抽检多套集中空调通风系统的冷却水进行嗜肺军团菌培养和鉴定,抽检风管内表面积尘进行细菌总数和真菌总数的检测,并对检测结果作出评价,检测和评价方法参照《公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生规范》[1]。结果2009年~2012年顺德区公共场所集中空调通风系统微生物检测总合格率为83.12%。冷却水中嗜肺军团菌阳性检出率为23.64%,四年间冷却塔污染程度有逐年减轻的趋势。风管内表面细菌总数和真菌总数合格率分别为90.91%和79.55%,四年间风管内表面污染程度基本持平。结论顺德区公共场所集中空调通风系统存在微生物污染,对人群构成潜在健康危害,监管部门和企业必须共同加强预防控制工作。

Objective Through investigation and study, understand microbial contamination of centralized air ventilation system in pablic place in shunde district,for thedevelopment of centralized air ventilation system in pablic place in shunde district to provide basis for health management. Method Form 2009 to 2012 in the shunde district,cultured and identificated the legionella pneumophila in the cooling water of multiple sets which in central air conditioning by random sampling,sample and test the total number of bacteria and fungus in duct inner surface area ,and evaluate the detecting results, detection and evaluation methods reference 《sanitary specification of centralized air ventilation system in public places》. Result Microbial detection qualified rate of centralized air ventilation system in pablic place in shunde district is 83.12% from 2009 to 2012. legionella positive rate of cooling water was 23.64%,cooling tower pollution degree is a trend of decrease year by year in four years. total qualified rate of the total number of bacteria and fungi in air duct inner surface respectively is 90.91% and 79.55%, Four years of wind pipe inner surface pollution basically flat. Conclusion Microbial contamination exist centralized air ventilation system in public places in shunde district, potential health hazards pose on population, supervision departments and enterprises must strengthen the prevention and control work.
