目的：介绍近年来大孔树脂技术在中药提取分离纯化方面的应用进展。方法：查阅近年文献，进行整理和归类，其中包括中药单方、复方中有效成分的分离纯化、中药有害杂质的去除等。结果：大孔吸附树脂主要应用于黄酮、皂苷、生物碱等有效成分的分离纯化，近年来也用于重金属杂质和农药残留物的去除。结论：从国家对该技术的关注程度来看，该技术在中药研究和生产中的应用将会有更广阔的空间。尤其是在用于脱除重金属杂质和农药残留物方面，其既不影响目标成分的含量又不会带入新的杂质，有着其他方法不可替代的优势。
목적：개소근년래대공수지기술재중약제취분리순화방면적응용진전。방법：사열근년문헌，진행정리화귀류，기중포괄중약단방、복방중유효성분적분리순화、중약유해잡질적거제등。결과：대공흡부수지주요응용우황동、조감、생물감등유효성분적분리순화，근년래야용우중금속잡질화농약잔류물적거제。결론：종국가대해기술적관주정도래간，해기술재중약연구화생산중적응용장회유경엄활적공간。우기시재용우탈제중금속잡질화농약잔류물방면，기기불영향목표성분적함량우불회대입신적잡질，유착기타방법불가체대적우세。
Objective:To introduce the progress in application of macroporous resin in the extraction and puriifcation of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM). Methods:The domestic and foreign literatures were searched, organized and classiifed, which included the isolation and puriifcation of active ingredients from single or compound prescription of TCM,removal of harmful impurities from TCM and so on. Results:Macroporous resin was mainly used in enrichment of saponins,lfavonoids, alkaloids and so on. However, it was also used in the removal of heavy metal impurities and pesticide residues in recent years. Conclusion: From the point of view of national focus on the technology level, the application of macroporous resin in the research and production of TCM will have a wider space. Compared with other methods, the technology of macroporous resin adsorption has the irreplaceable advantages in neither affecting the content of target component nor bringing in new impurities, especially suitable for the removal of heavy metal impurities and pesticide residues.
