The government is vigorously promoting doctor's multi-sited license against the background of the shortage of general practitioners. However, there are a lot of obstructions to the policy implementation. This paper puts forward some feasible suggestions about the doctor's multi-sited license based on the deep analysis of the causes of the obstructions.
