目的：探究肥大细胞及 PAR-2与间质性膀胱炎纤维化的相关性。方法：腹腔注射环磷酰胺建立大鼠模型，肥大细胞用甲苯胺蓝染色，PAR-2用免疫组化显示，计数。结果：肥大细胞数目在实验组与空白组差异显著，实验组与对照组、对照组与空白组相比无明显差别，PAR-2阳性细胞数在实验组、对照组、空白组三组两两比较时均无显著性差异。结论：肥大细胞与间质性膀胱炎的纤维化呈正相关，PAR-2与间质性膀胱炎的纤维化无关，肥大细胞致纤维化的其中一个机制是否通过 PAR-2尚未确定。
목적：탐구비대세포급 PAR-2여간질성방광염섬유화적상관성。방법：복강주사배린선알건립대서모형，비대세포용갑분알람염색，PAR-2용면역조화현시，계수。결과：비대세포수목재실험조여공백조차이현저，실험조여대조조、대조조여공백조상비무명현차별，PAR-2양성세포수재실험조、대조조、공백조삼조량량비교시균무현저성차이。결론：비대세포여간질성방광염적섬유화정정상관，PAR-2여간질성방광염적섬유화무관，비대세포치섬유화적기중일개궤제시부통과 PAR-2상미학정。
Objective :To explore the relationship between mast cells and PAR-2 in interstitial cystitis fibrosis .Meth-ods :Abdominal injection cyclophosphamide to establish rats model ,mast cells with toluidine blue stain ,PAR-2 with immunohistochemical display ,counting .Results :There is significant difference in the experimental group and the blank group .There is no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group .So are the control group and the blank group .There is no remarkable distinction between each two groups in PAR-2 positive cell .Conclusion :There is a positive relation between mast cells and interstitial cystitis of fibrosis .There is no relation between PAR-2 and interstitial cystitis of fibrosis .That mast cells to fibrosis through the PAR-2 has not been determined .
