目的:探讨利多卡因对幼龄 SD 大鼠肠缺血-再灌注(I/R)肾脏的影响。方法:将80只4周龄 SD 大鼠随机分为假手术组(10只),肠缺血组(10只),肠缺血-再灌注组(30只)和利多卡因干预组(30只),后两组再灌注后0.5h 、1h 、2h 每个时间点分别处死10只动物。分别测定各组血 Scr 值,肾组织 MDA 含量和 MPO 活性,ICAM-1和 TNF-α表达。结果:利多卡因可降低肠缺血-再灌注幼龄 SD 大鼠 Scr 浓度和肾组织中 MDA 含量及 MPO 活性,下调肾组织中 ICAM-1和 TNF-α的表达(P<0.05或0.01)。结论:利多卡因可减轻幼龄 SD 大鼠小肠 I/R 后肾损伤,其作用机制有待进一步研究。

목적:탐토리다잡인대유령 SD 대서장결혈-재관주(I/R)신장적영향。방법:장80지4주령 SD 대서수궤분위가수술조(10지),장결혈조(10지),장결혈-재관주조(30지)화리다잡인간예조(30지),후량조재관주후0.5h 、1h 、2h 매개시간점분별처사10지동물。분별측정각조혈 Scr 치,신조직 MDA 함량화 MPO 활성,ICAM-1화 TNF-α표체。결과:리다잡인가강저장결혈-재관주유령 SD 대서 Scr 농도화신조직중 MDA 함량급 MPO 활성,하조신조직중 ICAM-1화 TNF-α적표체(P<0.05혹0.01)。결론:리다잡인가감경유령 SD 대서소장 I/R 후신손상,기작용궤제유대진일보연구。
Objective :To explore the effect of lidocaine on acute kidney injury induced by intestinal ischemia-reperfu-sion(I/R) in young rat .Methods :80 young SD rats at 4 weeks old were randomly assigned into sham operation(n= 10) , intestinal ischemia(n= 10) ,intestinal I/R(n= 30) and Lidocaine intervention groups(n= 30) ;in the last two groups ,10 animals were sacrificed at each time point of after reperfusion 0 .5 hour ,1 hour and 2 hours .The serum concentration of Cr and BUN were measured .Malondialdehyde (MDA ) ,myeloperoxidase (MPO ) and Tumor Necrosis Factor alpha (TNF-α) of renal tissue were detected .Results :Lidocaine decreased the levels of Scr ,MDA ,MPO ,and the renal expres-sion of ICAM-1 and TNF-α and (P< 0 .05 ,P< 0 .01) .Conclusion :Lidocaine might have a protective effect on ischemia /reperfusion-induced acute kidney injury .The mehcanism of it needs further study .
