目的:探讨心理护理联合运动疗法在妊娠糖尿病护理中的应用效果。方法选取100例妊娠糖尿病患者,将其随机平均分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例,两组患者均给予常规治疗与护理,在此基础上,观察组的患者给予心理护理联合运动疗法,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组患者对疾病知识的知晓率、治疗依从性以及妊娠结局均明显优于对照组,其差异存在着统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对妊娠糖尿病患者给予心理护理联合运动疗法,可以明显改善患者的血糖情况,提高患者对疾病的知晓率与治疗依从性,保证良好的妊娠结局,改善患者的生存质量,值得临床推广与应用。

목적:탐토심리호리연합운동요법재임신당뇨병호리중적응용효과。방법선취100례임신당뇨병환자,장기수궤평균분위관찰조화대조조,매조각50례,량조환자균급여상규치료여호리,재차기출상,관찰조적환자급여심리호리연합운동요법,비교량조환자적호리효과。결과관찰조환자대질병지식적지효솔、치료의종성이급임신결국균명현우우대조조,기차이존재착통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론대임신당뇨병환자급여심리호리연합운동요법,가이명현개선환자적혈당정황,제고환자대질병적지효솔여치료의종성,보증량호적임신결국,개선환자적생존질량,치득림상추엄여응용。
Objective: To investigate the psychological nursing combined with exercise therapy on the application effect of diabetes care in pregnancy. Methods: 100 patients with gestational diabetes mel itus, were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases in each group, two groups of patients were given conventional treatment and nursing, on this basis, the observation group were given psychological nursing combined with exercise therapy, compared two groups of patients with nursing effect. Results: Patients with the disease knowledge awareness rate, treatment adherence and outcome of pregnancy was significantly better than the control group, the difference has statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion:for patients with gestational diabetes mel itus with psychological nursing combined with exercise therapy, can significantly improve the blood glucose of patients, improve patient of disease awareness rate and treatment compliance, to ensure a good outcome of pregnancy, improve the patient's quality of life, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
