目的总结自制吊带治疗女性压力性尿失禁的疗效。方法用polyprolene网状补片对18例女性压力性尿失禁行经阴道无张力性尿道中段悬吊术。结果18例治愈率和有效率分别为94.4%和5.6%。结论自制吊带方法简单，价格便宜，治疗女性压力性尿失禁创伤小，并发症小，手术效果好。
目的總結自製弔帶治療女性壓力性尿失禁的療效。方法用polyprolene網狀補片對18例女性壓力性尿失禁行經陰道無張力性尿道中段懸弔術。結果18例治愈率和有效率分彆為94.4%和5.6%。結論自製弔帶方法簡單，價格便宜，治療女性壓力性尿失禁創傷小，併髮癥小，手術效果好。

Objective To report the therapeutic effect of home-made tension free tape for the treatment of female with stress incontinence.Method A total of 18 cases of female with stress incontinence, We designed oblong tape with netlike polyprolene hernia patch and then performed transvaginal middle urethral suspension with it.Result The cure or effective rate is 94.4% and 5.6% in 18 cases respectively.Conclusion The home-made tension free tape is economical and simple. It is with less invasion and complication but good effection.
