目的探讨优质护理服务在手术室的应用效果。方法选择我院2011年8月到2012年9月手术室接收患者2845例,1527例接受优质护理服务的患者为实验组,1318例接受常规护理服务的患者为对照组。对两组病人、医生满意度、护理缺陷、两组患者入室前后收缩压、心率及SAS评分等多方面进行统计学分析。结果通过开展手术室优质护理服务,提高了手术室护士的专业素质,加强了护医之间的合作,促进护患关系。病人满意度实验组为97.18%,对照组为82.16%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患者进入手术室后5min心率、收缩压明显高于入室前(P<0.05),SAS评分无明显差异(P>0.05);实验组患者入室前后心率、收缩压差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),入室后SAS评分明显低于入室前(P<0.05)。结论开展优质护理服务,能建立规范的护理模式,促进护患关系,减轻患者的焦虑心,是必要开展项目。

Objective To investigate the effect the application of high-quality care in the operating room. Methods To our hospital operating room from August 2011 to September 2012, receiving patients with 2845 cases, 1527 cases of patients receive quality care for the experimental group, 1318 cases of patients received conventional care control group. Aspects of the systolic blood pressure, heart rate before and after the two groups of patients, the doctor satisfaction, nursing defects, two groups of patients burglary and SAS scores were statistically analyzed. Results Through the operating room quality care, improve the professional quality of the operating room nurses, and to strengthen the cooperation between nurse physician to promote the nurse-patient relationship. Patient satisfaction experimental group was 97.18%, and 82.16%in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); 5min heart rate of the control group patients into the operating room, the systolic blood pressure was significantly higher than the the burglary former (P <0.05 ), SAS score was no significant difference (P> 0.05); heart rate, systolic blood pressure patients burglary before and after the experimental group showed no significant difference (P> 0.05), the SAS score significantly lower than before the burglary (P <0.05) after the burglary. Conclusions To carry out high-quality care, and to establish a standard model of care, and promote the nurse-patient relationship, reduce the patient's anxiety heart, it is necessary to carry out the project.
