着重研究了缝合强度与缝合宽度,以及缝合宽度与缝线滑脱之间的关系。结果表明,缝合宽度越宽,缝线滑脱程度越小,则缝合强度越大。考虑到实际检测受裁样的限制,确定了100 mm为最佳测试宽度,并得出在最佳测试宽度下的缝合强度较60 mm时的缝合强度增长分布情况,可供实际检验工作参考。

In this paper we focused on investigating relationship between the suture strength and suture width, and also between the suture width and the suture slippage. The results indicated that the wider the suture width was, the smaller the degree of suture slippage, and further the greater the suture strength. Taking into account the cutting restrictions of actual test samples, it was determined that 100mm was the optimal width. Then enhancement and distribution of the suture strength was obtained compared with that of 60mm as suture width. This can be used for practical test reference.
