马铃薯是我国重要的粮食作物，也是重要的蔬菜作物。马铃薯低产严重影响其产业的发展，也关系到我国的粮食安全，目前受到国内外政府和专家的普遍关注。本文通过对我国马铃薯产业发展现状和低产原因的分析，说明了土壤培肥是我国马铃薯持续发展必经之路。并综述了我国土壤培肥对土壤肥力改善方面的研究进展，为马铃薯的土壤培肥提供参考。

The potato is an important food crops and vegetable crops. Seriously affect of potato low-yielding to the de-velopment of its industry, but also to Chinese food security. Currently,it paid attention to by the domestic and foreign scholars. Analyzing the the present situation of potato starch industry in China. Based on the development of China's potato industry status and the reasons for low yield analysis shows the soil fertility is the only way for the sustainable de-velopment of the potato. And summarized the research progress on soil fertility improvement of soil fertility aspects, to provide reference for soil fertilization of potatoes.
