目的通过分析高血压病和糖尿病在昆明地区的流行病学情况，从而有效指导临床工作。并对地区的卫生、经济、文化事业发展有一定的指导意义。方法根据院内有效资料分析60岁以上高血压及糖尿病患者在年住院总人数中的比率进行对比分析。结果高血压及糖尿病住院人数逐年增高，尤其以60岁以上老年高血压及糖尿病患者住院比例提高较为明显。结论老年高血压及糖尿病住院率逐年增高。随着我国逐步进入老龄化社会，关注地区老年人高血压及糖尿病的发病情况，对地区经济、文化事业的发展有一定的指导意义。

objective Through epidemiological analysis of the situation of hypertension and diabetes in the Kunming area, so as to guide the clinical work. And has certain directive significance to the health, economic, and cultural development of the cause of area. Methods According to the effective data analysis for more than 60 years of age patients with hypertensive and diabetic in hospitalization rate of the total number of comparative analysis. Results Hypertension and diabetes inpatients increased year by year, especially in the 60 years of age or older hypertension and diabetes inpatients the proportion was improved obviously. Conclusion As China gradually entered the aging society, focusing the incidence of elderly hypertension and diabetes patients, has certain guiding significance to development of cultural undertakings, region economy in area.
