In order to enhance the nursing staff’s passion for work and to cultivate their professional dedication, this paper elaborates the connotation of medical professionalism in both traditional medicine and modern medicine, analyses the necessity of strengthening the medical professionalism education for nurses, explores the concrete content of professionalism education for nurses, and puts forward various strategies of constructing modern nursing professionalism.
