目的了解四川省绵阳市社区糖尿病患者治疗依从性现状及影响因素。方法随机整群分层抽样绵阳市城区、城乡结合区、1个县社区卫生服务机构所辖街道覆盖的糖尿病人群，分别接受“糖尿病药物治疗情况调查表”、“糖尿病知识测试问卷”和“Morisy糖尿病患者服药依从性问卷”调查。通过单因素和多因素Logistic回归分析得到影响糖尿病患者服药依从性的因素。结果经单因素和多因素分析发现性别、糖尿病病程、糖尿病知识与服药依从性有关（P<0.05）。结论绵阳市社区糖尿病患者服药依从性较差，病程和知晓度是糖尿病患者服药依从性差的主要影响因素。

Objective To understand the factors of Sichuan Province, Mianyang city community diabetic patients’ compliance status and influence. Methods Stratified random cluster sampling in Mianyang City, the integration of urban and rural areas, 1 counties under the jurisdiction of the street community health service coverage of the diabetic population, respectively, to accept the “diabetes medication questionnaire”,“diabetes knowledge test” and “Morisy diabetes medication adherence questionnaire” investigation. Through single and multiple factors Logistic regression analysis of influence factors of medication compliance of patients with diabetes mellitus. Results The univariate and multivariate analysis found that gender, duration of diabetes, diabetes knowledge and compliance of the medication (P<0.05). Conclusion Mianyang city community diabetes medication adherence is poor, the course of disease and awareness are the main factors in diabetic patients with poor compliance.
