目的为明确2010年7月31日发生于大连市某宾馆的一起食物中毒的病因与来源。方法流行病学调查与病原细菌的分离鉴定。结果采集现患病例肛拭子6份、呕吐物1份、粪便1份；厨师肛拭子和手拭子各4份；外环境标本3份（菜刀1份，砧板1份，操作台1份）；留样食品标本12份。在4份病人标本（3份肛拭子、1份粪便）、留样食品辣炒蚬子等5份样品中检出副溶血性弧菌。结论根据流行病学调查及实验室检验结果，判断本起食物中毒为食用被副溶血性弧菌污染的辣炒蚬子引起。
