目的本文主要讨论了“六龄牙”窝沟封闭在预防学生窝沟龋的临床应用。方法将上海市松江区8所学校中年龄段为6～7岁的一年级2126名学生，随机分为实验组4所学校1042名学生3883颗六龄牙和对照组4所学校1084名学生4141颗六龄牙。严格培训社区口腔医师，实验组学生经筛选后运用3M窝沟封闭剂在学校对1672颗六龄牙进行现场窝沟封闭，对照组不作干预，由第三方对封闭质量进行评估。结果三年后六龄牙窝沟封闭剂脱落率15.47%；实验组较对照组窝沟龋发病降低有效率80.9%。结论社区应用窝沟封闭技术防龋模式科学、合理、符合实际，效果肯定。

In this paper, experience of pit and fissure sealant to prevent caries for six-year-old teeth. Methods:2126 Grade One primary students aged 6~7 of 8 schools were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. The former had 1042 students with3883 six-year-teeth of 4 schools, and 1672 six-year-teeth with grooves of the experimental group were screened out and were administered with fissure sealing using 3M pit and fissure sealant in chool by the community dentists after strict training. Another 4141 six-year-teeth of 1084 students of the other 4 schools with no treatment of fissure sealing acted as control group. And then the third party evaluated the quality of fissure sealing. Results: The rate of sealant loss was 15.47% after 3 years. Compared with the control group, the incidence rate of pit and fissure caries in the experimental group decreased by 80.9%. Conclusions: The model of fissure sealing on prevention of dental caries in community was scientific, reasonable, realistic and effective.
