目的探讨外固定支架法治疗开放性胫腓骨骨折的疗效。方法采用临床资料回顾性分析的方法，将60例开放性胫腓骨骨折患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，采用外固定支架法对其加以治疗，附加常规植骨术。结果60例胫腓骨骨折患者均治愈，且并未发生深部感染、关节功能不佳、针松动及其他并发症。结论将外固定支架法运用于治疗开放性胫腓骨骨折过程之中，其临床疗效较好，应在临床上加以推广并进行广泛应用。
목적탐토외고정지가법치료개방성경비골골절적료효。방법채용림상자료회고성분석적방법，장60례개방성경비골골절환자적림상자료진행회고성분석，채용외고정지가법대기가이치료，부가상규식골술。결과60례경비골골절환자균치유，차병미발생심부감염、관절공능불가、침송동급기타병발증。결론장외고정지가법운용우치료개방성경비골골절과정지중，기림상료효교호，응재림상상가이추엄병진행엄범응용。
Objective: To investigate the effect of external fixation method of treating open tibial fractures. Methods:the clinical data of the retrospective analysis method, the retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 60 cases of open fractures of tibia and fibula were treated, using the external fixation method, additional conventional bone graft. Results:all cases were cured in 60 cases of patients with fracture of tibia and fibula, and no deep infection, joint dysfunction, pin loosening and other complications. Conclusion: external fixation method for the treatment of open fractures of tibia and fibula process, better clinical efficacy, should be promoted in clinical and widely used.
